Restorative Yoga is a slow, mindful based yoga practice used to relax the body and reduce stress. In Restorative Yoga, a series of yoga poses are held for extended periods of time to bring the nervous system into a state of healing.
Learn meditation and mindfulness techniques that will help you to relax and be present. A variety of meditation styles are covered during sessions, including basic breathwork, loving kindness meditation, and more.
Join us on a journey in your mind. Meditation Journey is a guided meditation that brings the student into a world of their imagination. Students will be guided by the instructor's words and visual imagery to create their own, personal healing journey.

Meditation Journey is very powerful and moving for me. I love the guided imagery and being able to travel to a new place in my mind.
